Grant Fisher, an American professional middle- and long-distance runner, has announced his departure from the Bowerman Track Club. Fisher, who holds the American national records for the 10,000 meters and 5,000 meters, has reunited with his former coach, Mike Scannell.
In a statement released on social media, Fisher explained his decision to leave Bowerman Track Club, saying that he felt it was the right time to make a change. He expressed his gratitude to the club for supporting him during his time there.
Fisher has had a successful track and field career, winning multiple national championships and representing the United States at the Olympic Games. He is expected to continue his training with Scannell in preparation for the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
